A chance to have a different conversation, reconnect with affection, and feel less alone in the work of your relationship.
Learn to interrupt the familiar loop, say what matters, and find a way forward.
Make more room for affection, playfulness, desire, and the connection you miss.
Practice honest conversations, meaningful repair, and a stronger sense of being together.
When you change how you respond, the whole interaction can begin to shift. Your partner does not have to commit to this program for you to start creating something different.
Your partner still makes their own choices. You are not responsible for doing the work of two people.
The argument may be about money, chores, or intimacy. But familiar reactions can leave you farther apart.
A comment, a tone, a look, or a disappointment lands harder than expected.
One pushes while the other pulls away. Both are trying to protect themselves.
You can end up feeling even more alone.
Avoided conversations and missed affection become familiar. It does not have to stay that way.
Find a way back to warmth, honest conversations, and growing together.
Find new ways through tension instead of returning to the same painful loop.
Make more space for affection, desire, playfulness, and feeling wanted.
Speak more openly, listen more deeply, and find your way toward each other.
Move beyond familiar roles and open up new possibilities for your relationship.

Arynn is a relationship and intimacy guide, embodiment practitioner, and group facilitator. She has led groups for nearly a decade and teaches facilitators at Nativ, an international school for embodied facilitation.
Her work brings together relationship understanding, emotional awareness, and practical experience. She helps people see what happens underneath a conflict and practice a different way to connect.
The program draws on established therapeutic approaches, and turns their insights into practical work with your own relationship.
Informed by attachment and emotion focused approaches to couples and connection.
Notice not only what you say, but what fear, longing, and protective reactions feel like.
Learn new responses, try them in everyday moments, and return to understand what happened.
Understand your pattern, practice one small change each week, and return to a supportive group to learn from what happened.
Six live sessions with Arynn and a consistent space to learn, reflect, and keep moving forward.
Practice clearer requests, useful pauses, repair, and ways to reach for closeness that fit your needs.
See what triggers you, what you protect, and where a different response becomes possible.
Try a small change at home, notice what happens, and bring what you learned into the next session.
Keep practicing with the rhythm of a weekly group, even when change feels unfamiliar or slow.
Recognize yourself in other experiences and find fresh perspective without any pressure to share.
Each week builds on the last, and you leave with your Personal Rewrite Map and a plan to keep practicing for the next 90 days.
Throughout the course, you build your own map of triggers, automatic reactions, and new choices. Each week, you update it with what happens in real life, so it becomes a guide you can keep using after the group ends.
Move from seeing the pattern to trying new responses in everyday life.

Catch the familiar move earlier and create room for a different choice.
Practice clearer language and more useful responses in real life.
Leave with a clearer path for continued change after the six weeks end.
Hearing a familiar moment can help you see your own pattern more clearly. Listen, practice, and return with what you discover.
Arynn explores a volunteered moment with care. You can bring yours, or simply listen.

Understand a pattern and the emotions underneath it.
A volunteered story receives time and attention with Arynn in the group.
